There are 3 stages to billing - Deposit, Event Day and Farewell.
Initially, clients are to make a non-refundable deposit of 30% to confirm the booking, followed by a 50% on the day of the event, and the final 20% when we deliver the media upon completion of editing, and bid farewell to you. You can choose to make a cash payment or bank transfer
We take pride in our efforts to make things easy for our clients. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, where you are left with no choice but to postpone your wedding, we will definitely work with you to ensure that our team will be available on your new wedding date. However, if you choose to cancel the booking (or the wedding), please take note that we will not refund the 30% deposit.
That being said, we will provide a full refund of your deposit if your wedding is cancelled (and not postponed) due to COVID-19 restrictions (let's cross our fingers and hope it doesn't come to that!).
